Happy Easter Sunday, neighbors š
We spent 12 hours at the softball fields yesterdayā¦so I apologize in advance for any typos š. Or maybe Iām most tired from my kids being home all week. Either wayā¦certainly running on fumes today!
Last week, I asked what would be most useful to you as a KOP local. No surprise here, local events dominated, pulling in over 70% of the vote. Thatās exactly why Iāve been building something new for all of us. Itās called KOP Locals, a mobile app built and curated by a local (me), for the people who actually live here. A place to find events, connect with others, find your people, discover businesses, and stay in the loop anytime you want. The framework is built, and itās currently awaiting approval in the app store.
In the meantime, Iāve got a small group of locals already inside, poking around and helping shape it with feedback. If you want to be one of the first to check it out, as a sort of founding member, Iād love to have you in. Itās completely free, and it already includes ways to connect and communicate with others in the community. Just reply to this email and Iāll send you an invite link.
Enjoy this special day, and have a fantastic week!

Housing Market Spotlight šļø

Data courtesy of Carolyn Kaufmann, Realtor, Keller Williams Main Line
The market is holding steady across KOP.
There are 332 active buyers generating over 1,450 interactions, which tells us one thing: demand is real.
We saw 33 new listings hit the market at an average of $543K, while 37 homes sold at an average of $533K.
š Translation: demand is holding strong, but pricing is tighteningābuyers and sellers are getting closer to meeting in the middle.
