1. Collie Buddz at Concerts Under the Stars
Concerts Under the Stars continues Friday night with Collie Buddz, joined by Sensamotion and DJ Proud, at Upper Merion Township Park.
Doors open at 6 p.m. and the show begins at 7 p.m. at 175 W. Valley Forge Road in King of Prussia. The concert field is general admission, with designated areas for blankets and chairs.
Food trucks and a beer garden featuring local craft beer and cocktails will also be available. Children 12 and under are admitted free, while anyone 13 and older needs a ticket.

2. Bingo Night at The Ridge at Chesterbrook
The Ridge at Chesterbrook is hosting Bingo Night as part of its First Fridays series on Friday evening.
The event begins at 7 p.m. and runs for about two and a half hours at 1400 Liberty Ridge Drive in Chesterbrook. Guests can grab drinks, check out the evening’s food trucks and play bingo for prizes.

3. Art in the Park at Valley Forge
Valley Forge National Historical Park is hosting a free Art in the Park outing Sunday morning at the Wayne’s Woods Picnic Area.
The program begins at 8 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 6 and invites visitors to bring a camera, paints or a sketch pad while exploring the area with park rangers.
The outing is free and open to all ages and abilities. The program is weather and staffing dependent.

4. Paranormal Cirque: Specter in Oaks
Paranormal Cirque brings its Specter show to the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center & Fairgrounds in Oaks from Sept. 4 through Sept. 7.
The production blends circus, theater and cabaret under a black-and-red big top tent, with aerial performers, acrobatics and a darker, adult-oriented theme.
Tickets start at $20, depending on availability. The show is intended for mature audiences, and anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Elmwood Park Zoo is hosting Meet the Authors Day on Sunday, Sept. 6 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
More than a dozen local authors will be on hand to meet visitors, answer questions and share their books. Kids can also write their own story about their zoo visit using the zoo’s Junior Writer’s Worksheet.
The event is included with paid zoo admission.
Also worth noting: Elmwood Park Zoo is offering free admission to all guests on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 7.
