Looking for something to do this weekend? From outdoor concerts and family movie nights to an expo devoted to all things strange and unusual, there's plenty happening around the Upper Merion area.

Here are eight events that caught our eye.

Looking for something a little different? The Oddities & Curiosities Expo comes to the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks Saturday and Sunday with taxidermy, skulls, preserved specimens, creepy art, bizarre antiques, sideshow performances and more.

Saturday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. | Sunday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.

Young local performers bring Finding Nemo Jr. to the stage Friday at Valley Forge Presbyterian Church as the culmination of a summer camp program.

Friday | 2 p.m. & 3:30 p.m.

Upper Merion Township Building Park has live music all weekend long.

Friday: Neal Francis with Pearl Charles
Saturday: The Dave Matthews Tribute Band with Rift: Phish Tribute
Sunday: Christone “Kingfish” Ingram

Food trucks and a beer garden will also be available, and kids 12 and under are admitted free.

Bring your lawn chairs and snacks to Bridgeport Borough Hall Saturday for an outdoor showing of Zootopia 2. Fresh popcorn will be available, and the event is free.

Saturday's Market Day at the Upper Merion Farmers Market celebrates melon season with 15% off all melons, free samples and a chance to win a produce bag packed with melons.

Saturday | 10 a.m.–2 p.m.

Upper Merion Dance & Gymnastics Center is offering a free family night Saturday with open gym followed by an outdoor showing of The Sheep Detectives. Free popcorn and water are included, but advance registration is required.

Saturday | Open Gym at 6:45 p.m. | Movie around 8 p.m.

Chase and Marshall are making appearances at Elmwood Park Zoo this weekend. Meet Chase Saturday and Marshall Sunday, with both meet-and-greets running from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The appearances are free with paid zoo admission.

The 3rd Annual Pop-Up Art Show takes place Saturday at Muhlenberg's Brigade in Valley Forge National Historical Park.

Check out artwork inspired by Valley Forge or bring your own original photographs, drawings, sketches, paintings or prints of Valley Forge and Hopewell Furnace to add to the show.
