Looking for something different to do this weekend?
This week’s local calendar offers a pretty eclectic mix, whether you’re looking for something to do with the kids, want to support a local school team, catch a show, spend some time outdoors or even try a little salsa dancing.
The weather may play a role in your plans. Friday currently looks like the best of the three days, with some sun and a high around 81°. Saturday is expected to be cooler and wetter, with rain and thunderstorms possible, while Sunday warms back into the low 80s with another chance of a shower or storm.
With that in mind, here are eight local activities worth checking out this weekend.
