Don't be bored this week... here's what's happening💡

Presented by Epic Magnets 🧲 - Popping up on fridges all over town

Happy Sunday, neighbors👋

It is a busy week in the Upper Merion Area, with Passover, Easter, and Spring Break upon us. There’s also the start of the spring sports schedule and the upcoming Final Four (hope your brackets are holding up 🏀).

Before I let you get to planning your week, I wanted to let you know about something I’m building for the locals. It’s a hub designed for folks who live here; a place you can find just about anything you need, anytime you want.

I’d love your input as I build it. Would you mind taking a moment to share any thoughts in the poll below?

As a KOP local, what would be most useful to you?

I’ll share updates as this comes together. I appreciate you being part of it!

Have a fantastic week!

Housing Market Spotlight 🏘️

Data courtesy of Carolyn Kaufmann, Realtor, Keller Williams Main Line

Things are moving in KOP right now.

There are 327 active buyers generating over 1,300 interactions, which tells us one thing: demand is real.
We saw 35 new listings hit the market at an average of $557K ($356/sqft), while 38 homes sold at an average of $532K ($285/sqft).

👉 Translation: homes are still selling, but buyers aren’t overpaying across the board. Pricing matters.
