The latest 30-day RealScout data shows a bit of stabilization in King of Prussia’s buyer activity, even as average sold prices moved lower for a second straight report.
Bridgeport, meanwhile, saw a modest increase in buyer activity, though its tiny sales sample means price averages still need to be treated cautiously.

Avg. list price | $523.8K | $532K | ↑ 1.6% |

📉 Trend to Watch
The good news is that buyer activity did not continue sliding this week. Active buyers were essentially flat, while buyer interactions actually increased.
At the same time, KOP’s average sold price moved lower for a second consecutive report after the six-report climb we had been tracking.

What it likely means: This week’s KOP report looks more mixed than simply “cooling.” Buyer engagement improved, and more homes sold, but the average sold price declined again. That suggests the market is still active, but the mix of homes selling may be shifting toward lower price points than we saw in late August and early September.
As always, that does not necessarily mean individual home values are falling. These are rolling averages, and the properties included in each 30-day window can change quite a bit.
Bridgeport
Over the latest 30 days, RealScout tracked 40 active buyers generating 83 buyer interactions.
There were 10 recently listed or updated homes with an average list price of $385K, while 3 homes sold for an average of $477K.
Compared with Sept. 8:
Bridgeport Metric | Sept. 8 | Sept. 16 |
|---|---|---|
Active buyers | 36 | 40 |
Buyer interactions | 80 | 83 |
Recent/updated listings | 8 | 10 |
Avg. list price | $394K | $385K |
Homes sold | 4 | 3 |
Avg. sold price | $453.1K | $477K |
What it likely means: Bridgeport’s buyer activity ticked higher, and more homes appeared in the recent/updated listing count. But with only three sales in the latest 30-day window, the jump in average sold price should be treated cautiously. One higher-priced transaction can move the average noticeably in a market this small.
For now, the stronger Bridgeport signal is that buyer activity remains steady to slightly higher while inventory remains limited.
Based on rolling 30-day market activity data from RealScout through Sept. 16.
