Another new retailer is getting ready to open in King of Prussia.
Signage has gone up for Saatva at 620 W. DeKalb Pike, the former AT&T location near the intersection of Route 202 and Allendale Road. The windows currently read “Saatva.com Coming Soon.”
The location previously housed an AT&T store. Commercial real estate records show AT&T occupying the property at 620 W. DeKalb Pike, and the approximately 6,700-square-foot retail property was later marketed for lease.

Saatva began as an online mattress company in 2010 and has since expanded into physical stores it calls “Viewing Rooms,” where customers can try mattresses and other bedroom products before ordering.
The company specializes in luxury mattresses made in the United States and says its products are delivered and set up in customers’ homes rather than compressed and shipped in a box. Its product line has also expanded to include bedding, furniture, rugs, lighting and sleep accessories.
King of Prussia is specifically listed among Saatva’s planned 2026 retail openings, alongside cities including Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Indianapolis and Charleston.
An opening date for the King of Prussia location has not yet been announced.
