Sadly, I had to make my way back to KOP from Bermuda since this newsletter won’t write itself. I mean, technically people ARE doing that…but not me. I thoroughly enjoy the process of learning about all that’s going on, and then sharing it with you 🙂

Over the next couple of weeks I will be putting together the Upper Merion Area PET GUIDE. If you offer a pet service/product OR have a pet friendly establishment you want local pet owners to know about…you’re going to want to fill out this FORM.

It's showtime! Come out and support the talented young cast of the Consortium for the Arts as they present Beetlejuice Jr.

Evening shows are July 23rd & 24th at 7:30 PM. Arrive at 6:30 PM to enjoy the pre-show camper art exhibit. A special matinee performance is also offered on July 24th at 10:00 AM.

Have a passionate young baker at home? This is for them! JuneBug Sweet Treats is hosting its final 4-day baking camp of the year for kids ages 7-11. From 9am-3pm, campers get intensive training on recipes and techniques, with lunch provided. Call 347-272-6281 to register.

Looking to add some fun to your Tuesday routine? Head to the Upper Merion Senior Service Center from 10:00–11:30 AM for a friendly game of Rummikub. It’s the perfect way to socialize and test your wits with friends

Enjoy music under the stars at this all-ages concert series! Grab your blankets and chairs, enjoy delicious food truck fare and a beer garden. Best of all, kids 12 and under get in free, making it a perfect night out.

Ready to laugh away some stress? Check out our local comedy club, the Stress Factory! They're bringing in a legend on July 25th and 26th: T.K. Kirkland. The original “Gangsta of Comedy” who toured with N.W.A., his raw, hilarious stories are not to be missed.

Today's local gem is the McKaig Nature Education Center, a beautiful oasis of trails and woodlands right here in Wayne. enjoymckaig.org It's the perfect spot for a peaceful walk, a trail run, or a family adventure in the woods.
