š¦ļø Weekend weather forecast: Friday looks like the pick of the weekend, with some sun before clouds increase and a high near 81Ā°. Saturday turns cooler, humid and wet with rain and thunderstorms likely and a high of just 76Ā°. Sunday warms back up to around 83Ā°, but another shower or thunderstorm is possible. Probably a good idea to confirm any outdoor events!

Bridgeport is marking five years since Hurricane Ida with its 2nd Street Block Party Saturday afternoon.
The free community celebration will include food and drinks, music, bounce houses, games, a vendor market and the Backpacks for Bears School Supplies Giveaway.

The DunMovin Horse Show takes over the historic Devon Horse Show Grounds this weekend, giving riders the opportunity to compete at one of the area's most recognizable equestrian venues.
The weekend includes two one-day USEF/USDF recognized dressage shows, qualifying events and the inaugural DunMovin Dressage Days Team Challenge.

Valley Forge National Historical Park is kicking off National Park Week with its second annual Junior Ranger Field Day on Saturday.
Families can explore hands-on activities around the park, including fossils, fly fishing, paddling safety, birds, box turtles and even games played by kids in the 1700s. Complete at least five activities to earn a special Valley Forge Junior Ranger Day badge.
