A quick look at what's happening around Upper Merion today
☀️ Today’s Weather

Good Morning, neighbors 👋
It’s good to be back in your inbox. Here are a few things I thought were worth sharing today!
💡 In The Spotlight
👮♂️ Kudos to Cop Camp
Last week, Upper Merion Parks and Rec and the Upper Merion Township police hosted their annual Cop Camp at Heuser Park. Campers spent the week participating in some PT, learning about how S.W.A.T operates, how K-9’s are trained, and so many other aspects of law enforcement. My youngest was sad to not be going back. If this camp isn’t on your radar, make sure to make yourself a note for next year!
🥵 July Getting Off To A Hot Start
Looks like this lovely June weather is coming to an end. A pair of heat domes are expected to merge next week, bringing a widespread stretch of hot temperatures across much of the U.S., including Pennsylvania. Forecasters say the most intense heat is expected early next week as the system expands, with some areas facing prolonged high temperatures.
🌆 Tonight Around Town
Don't forget, Mondays mean kids eat free at Bald Birds, The Ribby has Bingo and $7 cheesesteaks, and there are wing specials happening at Screwballs.
☝️ Before You Go…
Pick One: Would you rather have 75° with a breeze all summer...or 90° and sunny?
Hit reply and tell me your pick. With this week's heat on the way, I'm curious where everyone stands. 😄
Thanks for spending a couple of minutes with me.
