š½ Looking for a Cornhole league?
Grab a partner and get ready to compete! A new 9-week cornhole league is kicking off at the Burgess in Jeffersonville, featuring eight weeks of regular play followed by a seeded tournament with cash prizes for the top three teams. Registration is limited to 12 teams, costs $80 per person (which includes a league hat), and spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one teammate needs to complete the registration form.
šÆ King Shooters Offers Interactive Use-of-Force Simulator
Looking to sharpen your decision-making skills under pressure? King Shooters is offering an interactive Use-of-Force Video Simulator that places participants in realistic, judgment-based scenarios focused on communication, de-escalation, and decision-making. Sessions are scheduled for Wednesday, July 22 (7ā8 p.m.) and Wednesday, July 29 (6ā8 p.m.), with space limited for each class. Click date to register.
š¦ø Kids Can Create Their Own Superhero Team at the Apple Store
Calling all young superheroes! The Apple Store at the King of Prussia Mall is hosting a 90-minute creative session where kids ages 6ā10 can use iPads to design their own superheroes and work together on a mission to help others. Along the way, they'll use photos, drawings, emoji, Freeform, and Apple Pencil Pro to bring their superhero crew to life. Devices are provided.
Sessions are currently available on July 24, July 26, and August 2, but they tend to fill up quickly, so advance registration is recommended.
