šŸ˜ļø KOP Housing Market Holds Steady

Colors indicate relative popularity

The local market continues to move at a healthy pace. Over the past 30 days, RealScout tracked 181 active buyers generating 510 buyer interactions. During that same period, 33 homes hit the market at an average list price of $626.7K, while 25 homes sold for an average of $515K.

What it likely means: Buyer activity remains steady, and homes continue to change hands. While sellers are listing homes at higher price points, buyers are still finding success across a range of prices, suggesting well-priced homes continue to attract interest.

Based on rolling 30-day market activity data from RealScout.
