āļø Todayās Weather

Good morning, neighbors. š
I found a few things you may want to throw on your calendar. I also have a housing market update to share.

šļø KOP Housing Market Continues to Move

Colors indicate relative popularity.
The local market remains healthy. There are currently 328 active buyers generating nearly 1,700 buyer interactions, while 38 new listings came on the market at an average price of $655.8K. Meanwhile, 65 homes sold for an average of $487.6K.
What it likely means: Buyer demand remains steady, and homes continue to sell at a solid pace. While listing prices ticked up this week, the average sale price held fairly consistent, suggesting buyers are still being selective and negotiating where they can.
Based on rolling 30-day market activity data from RealScout (through July 19).
