What it likely means: Buyer demand remains steady, and homes continue to sell at a solid pace. While listing prices ticked up this week, the average sale price held fairly consistent, suggesting buyers are still being selective and negotiating where they can.

🎒 Community Barbecue & School Supply Giveaway Set for August 16

Families are invited to a Community Barbecue & School Supply Giveaway on Sunday, August 16, from 12–3 p.m. at the George Clay Fire Company in West Conshohocken. Hosted by the George Clay Auxiliary, the event will provide free backpacks and school supplies (while supplies last), along with food and a chance to gather with neighbors before the new school year.
