ā˜€ļø Today’s Weather

Good morning, neighbors. šŸ‘‹

I found a few things you may want to throw on your calendar. I also have a housing market update to share.

šŸ’”In The Spotlight

šŸ˜ļø KOP Housing Market Remains Active

Colors indicate relative popularity.

The local market remains active. Over the past 30 days, RealScout tracked 190 active buyers generating 565 buyer interactions. During that same period, 34 homes hit the market at an average list price of $604K, while 25 homes sold for an average of $461.2K.

What it likely means: Buyer activity remains healthy, and homes continue to sell. While sellers are listing homes at an average price above $600K, buyers are still finding opportunities at lower average sale prices, suggesting many are negotiating successfully or purchasing in a variety of price ranges.

Based on rolling 30-day market activity data from RealScout (through July 19).
