šļø America 250 Celebration at the Historic KOP Inn Tonight
Montgomery County will mark the countdown to Americaās 250th anniversary tonight with a community celebration at the Historic King of Prussia Inn.
The gathering runs from 5:15ā6:45 p.m. and will focus on local history, community connection and the upcoming national milestone.
šØāāļø 76 Cases Filed in Local Courts Last Week
A review of newly filed cases in the two Magisterial District Courts covering Upper Merion Township and Bridgeport found 76 filings from Aug. 10ā16 ā including traffic citations, criminal charges, civil actions and landlord-tenant cases.
Traffic cases made up nearly 60% of the total, but the records also included assault, theft and drug allegations, along with 11 civil cases and four landlord-tenant filings.
šļø Fewer Buyers, Stronger Prices in KOP
Buyer activity has cooled in Upper Merion, but the homes that are selling are fetching increasingly strong prices.
The latest 30-day numbers show the gap between average list and sale prices has narrowed dramatically ā from about $143K to just $33K since we began tracking the data.
