The Upper Merion Area School Board approved another confidential student settlement Monday night, bringing the total identified in public board records to 40 over the past five years.

The meeting also included new details on how property assessment appeals are affecting district tax revenue.

King of Prussia’s average sold price reached $600K in the latest 30-day report, marking the sixth consecutive increase since we began preserving comparable weekly data.
